Prof. Raj Gadasalli, is empowered with decades of hands
on Marketing and Customer Service experience in USA and India.
Since 1998, he has been a Director of Vipra Infotech Inc- a Management
Consulting and
Training entity based in Arizona. Prior to that, he held the
position of Customer Service Manager, with the Joslyn
corporation in Chicago. Before that he worked
as a Marketing executive with GE for fourteen years. His Indian career included
Market research, Advertising and Sales management positions with
MNCs. With a life long
passion for teaching, he has conducted scores of workshops in
Customer Service and communication skills in India and USA, for
employees, distributors and college students. He is also a visiting
Professor of International Marketing and Business Development in
Bangalore. Raj Gadasalli is a member of the American Management
Association. He has a Bachelor's
degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mysore, India and MBA from Iowa
State, USA. |
